FAQ

How do I reserve a cabana?

Any of the three cabanas and the Sundeck may be reserved for a charge of $20 by speaking with the Front Desk Staff or reserving through the online member portal. Cabanas are available on a first come, first served basis and include use of the gas grills.

Rental periods are 12-4 pm and 4-8 pm. Locations rented from 12-2 or from 4-6 will automatically be extended 2 hours.

Cancellation? Please notify the Front Desk Staff so that they may make the space available to other members.

Should you find your reserved cabana occupied, just let the occupants know of your reservation.

What is a “reserved” lounge chair?

Members may reserve a lounge chair for the season for a fee of $50. Please see the Front Desk Staff to reserve a lounge for your personal use.

Reserved lounges have a laminated tag with the member’s name attached to the end. Please leave these lounges for the use of the reserving member and leave them in the general area where they are located. Your cooperation is appreciated by both pool staff and by members who have reserved lounges.

What social events are held at the pool?

Ice Cream Socials: Several Sundays throughout the summer, the Pool holds ice cream socials. Sundaes are $1 each while supplies last!

Pot Luck Dinners: Held several evenings throughout the summer, Pot Lucks are a nice way to get together with old and new pool friends and enjoy a communal dinner on the Snack Bar Deck. Generally, the Pool provides burgers, hot dogs, and the fixins, as well as soft drinks. The menu can vary.

Members bring a side dish or dessert for 8 to share. Since the main and wading pools close at 6 p.m. when there is a Pot Luck, members may feel free to bring their own adult beverages for the evening.

Pot Luck Dinners cost approximately $5 to $7 per person based on the event. Check out the calendar for more details and to see when this season’s Pot Lucks are scheduled!

Movie Nights: Movies are shown against the Club House wall after the pool closes for the evening. Check in at the Front Desk to learn which movie will be shown. There is no cost for Movie Night and the Snack Bar may remain open for snacks and ice cream (although generally, the grill itself is closed.)

Night Swims: Swim and play under the stars as the pool stays open until 10 p.m.
